Jon Prusmack is CEO of United World Sports, a world-class sports and entertainment company that owns and operates major sporting events in the United States. Among them include the HSB USA Sevens International Rugby 7s tournament in Las Vegas, the Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship in Philadelphia and the Collegiate Varsity Cup in Salt Lake City. He is also CEO of the North American Super 7s Rugby League LLC. This league seeks to professionalize 7s rugby in a hybrid version of game: 60 minutes of 7s rugby with time outs, breaks and rolling substitutions.

Mr. Prusmack started his rugby career in 1965. He played until 1978; then refereed and coached. He wrote the first American Rugby Coaching Book: RUGBY: A Guide for Coaches, Players and Spectators.

Mr. Prusmack was Chief Executive Officer and founder of DHS Technologies, LLC, the leading manufacturer and distributor of high-tech, soft-walled shelter systems to the military. He holds multiple patents on DHS manufactured products. Starting with an idea and zero sales in 1984 he built the business up to achieve annual sales in excess of $100 million. He sold the business in 2012.

Mr. Prusmack was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Manufacturing by Ernst & Young for the Tri-State area. He serves on various boards including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Small Business Council, the Rockland County Economic Development Corporation and The Salmagundi Club, and he is on the Board of Trustees for Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY.

Mr. Prusmack attended the US Naval Academy from 1962-65 where he played Varsity Football. Deciding on a career change to art and design he transferred to New York University where he graduated with a BA in Mathematics and Art. Mr. Prusmack also earned an MBA from the Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from NYU Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Prusmack was a professional artist from 1966 to 1997. He continues to paint and draw. In 2015 he was awarded the Salmagundi Medal of Honor for Art Achievement.

Mr. Prusmack is a member of the USA Rugby Foundation Hall of Fame, The US Naval Academy Rugby Hall of Fame and the NYAC Rugby Hall of Fame.

President

David Niu has over 30 years of executive management experience in international, and professional sports business in Australia, Europe, Asia, and the USA. As a professional athlete, Mr. Niu played Rugby Union, Rugby League, and Rugby Sevens at the international level.

As President of AFL Global and the CAFL (China Arena Football League), Mr. Niu built a professional league from scratch in a country where the culture and the business of American arena football was nonexistent. He supervised and coordinated all aspects of the league operations from two offices, with staff in Philadelphia (AFLG) and Beijing (CAFL); formulating and leading the strategic plan for a 360 degree enterprise incorporating league business, commercial programs, broadcast/media initiatives, and football operations programs developing year round cash flow from multifunctioning revenue streams from idea to creation, and launch in Fall of 2016.

Prior to AFL Global, the Australian native negotiated the TV rights agreement of the National Rugby League from Australia Final Series on Spike TV in the USA between the NRL Australia and MTV Networks, the TV rights agreement of the National Rugby League and State of Origin Series from Australia on Fox Soccer Channel in the USA between the American National Rugby League, the National Rugby League and Fox Sports International, and coordinated the live international broadcast of the USA v Australia Rugby League International on Fox Sports World (USA), Foxtel (Australia) and Sky (UK).

In addition to helping conceptualize, monetize and launch all aspects of AFL Global from inception in 2012 through CAFL Season Two in 2017, he founded the American National Rugby League which featured and presented regional, national and international teams, competitions, and events across the USA from Honolulu to New York from 1998 to 2010. In developing the sport of rugby league in America he worked closely with local stakeholders and international governing bodies to manage all aspects of league business. During that time, he managed and led the football and commercial operations of international rugby events throughout the USA, and around the world with many nations including Canada, Russia, Australia, England, South Africa, Japan, the Caribbean, and the Pacific regions.

The Philadelphia resident also has extensive grassroots experience in rugby in the U.S. serving as Head Coach of Philadelphia Whitemarsh RUFC, Hibernians RUFC, and the Director of Rugby for the Glen Mills Schools from 1994 – 2007. Mr. Niu is currently actively involved coaching and supporting Archmere Academy High School, St. Joseph’s University, and Penn State University rugby programs.

Keith Mirsky

Keith Mirsky is responsible for overall financial management of American International Lifestyles, LLC. He is an accounting graduate from Farleigh Dickinson University and a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Keith brings a unique understanding of the interrelationships between finance, accounting and taxes.
As the Chief Financial Officer of and American International Lifestyles, LLC, Keith is responsible for the financial stewardship of both companies, including projections, budgets, full monthly closings, flash revenue, and expense reports
Prior to joining American International Lifestyles, LLC. Keith was the Chief Financial Officer of Janus Associates, Inc. Janus has been in the forefront of providing quality IT-centric and business continuity services. During his tenure, Keith successfully negotiated a new $12 million government contract and streamlined the time and billing process. He also focused on increasing sales to corporate and private sectors.
Keith also served as the managing partner for Accounting Associates, Inc. where he managed multiple clients in a multitude of industries, including the entire eastern region of the Jenny Craig Franchise. Prior to that, he was a partner in a firm founded by his father; Mirsky, Furst & Peretz, PA. In the early part of his accounting career Keith was the Senior Accountant at Richard Eisner & Co.
Mr. Mirsky is also the Chief Financial Officer of several other companies including Leaders In Fitness, LLC and Apogee Media. Both companies specialize in the health and wellness industry.

Currently, Managing Partner of ROI Sports Group LLC., which focuses on analytics, research, valuations and business strategies for sports properties and private equity firms and is also EVP at Source Communications where he consults with brands on metrics, analytics and ROI evaluations for clients including Subway, Amtrak , Wise Snacks,​
and Buffalo Wild Wings​

Has previously served in a variety of senior executive-level sports positions including: Managing Partner at OMO/Optimum Sports, Chief Marketing Officer of The Football Network, Senior Marketing Director at NFL Properties, and Director of Sales at Madison Square Garden Corporation​

Over 25 years as an adjunct professor at New York University in Direct Marketing, and Sports Marketing in the Tisch Institute for Media, Business and Sports Management​

Now on graduate faculty and developing the curriculum for the globally 3rd ranked Sports Master’s Program at Columbia University and a regular contributor on Bloomberg Television​

Co-authoring a book titled “Sports Branding” for Human Kinetics, a leading textbook and trade book publisher Moderated panels for National Sports Forum, Ivy Sports Symposium , Cynopsis Sports, and National Rugby Forum​

Graduated with distinction with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and from Penn Summa Cum Laude, winning the William D. Gordon award for outstanding graduating senior​.
